The Mid-sphere Cousin of the Medial Axis Transform

Herbert Edelsbrunner, Elizabeth Stephenson, and myself had our paper published at DGMM 2025! Elizabeth is going to Groningen to present it this week, which is very exciting. A slightly old version of the paper is available on arXiv. We've also built an interactive editor for the project, which is hosted here and is open source.

The paper is my first publication, which is funny since I left adacemia over three years ago. Being a published author also means I get an Erdős number, and mine is 3 going from me, to Herbert, to János Pach, to Paul Erdős.
